INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 OZ RUDE BWOY ULTRA PREMIUM IRIE WHITE RUM
- 3/4 OZ LIME JUICE
- 12 FRESH MINT LEAVES
- 2 TSP EXTRA FINE SUGAR
- 3/4 OZ CLUB SODA
- 1 SPRIG OF FRESH MINT
How to Make
White Rum Mojito
Instructions
- 1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass.
- 2. Add remaining lime wedges and 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.
- 4. Pour in rum and fill the glass with club soda.
- 5. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired.

Piña Colada
INGREDIENTS
- 6 ounces (178ml) pineapple juice
- 3 ounces (89ml) coconut cream coco real cream of coconut
- 1 ½ ounces (45ml) Irie White rum
- 1-2 cups crushed ice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/6 oz Lime juice
- 4 oz Ginger beer

- 1. Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice
- 2. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.

- 1 1/4 ounces light rum
- 1 1/4 ounces dark rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 ounce grenadine
- Garnish: brandied or maraschino cherry
